Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, active dry yeast, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for a few minutes.
Roll out the dough to fit a 12-inch pizza pan. Place the dough on the pizza pan and set it aside.
Drain and rinse the can of black beans. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the diced red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Add the black beans, corn kernels, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the vegan cheese over the tomato sauce.
Add the taco filling on top of the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro over the top.
Slice and serve hot.
